Wood Event Passes
Wood event passes are best for smaller, higher-value guest lists where the pass becomes a keepsake: launch events, retreats, founder dinners, VIP hospitality, and premium conference access.

Pass geometry must protect the antenna.
Slots, holes, cord loops, custom outlines, and cutouts should be planned before RF approval. Decorative cuts cannot interrupt the antenna route or weaken the card body at stress points.
Use QR and NFC together for practical check-in.
A premium event pass can still include a printed QR or serial for backup scanning, staff lookup, and reconciliation when phones, wristbands, readers, or guest-list systems vary by entrance.
